"My wife and I were looking to downsize but still wanted a comfortable home and one that would accommodate out of town guests. When I got on the internet and found Portico's site I found a near perfect plan. We met with Terence and he suggested several modifications to the plan that would best meet our needs. The existing plan did not include the large porches which we desired but with his help we came up with an elevation that turned our home into our dream cottage."
